Dealan Construction is a family business that has been building luxury homes in South Africa since 1984. Based in Plettenberg Bay, Dealan Construction undertakes the construction of up-market residential homes as well as alterations & additions to existing homes in the Plettenberg Bay, Knysna and Natures Valley areas.
Dealan Construction is headed by Alan van den Handel. He and his professional team strive, from inception, to erect and complete superior buildings with a hands on approach.
Dealan's skilled and dedicated staff, ensures the highest quality finishes and pay great attention to detail. Dealan Construction has been privileged to have worked with some of South Africa’s most highly reputable architects, creating construction masterpieces from some inspirational drawings.
Since the company's relocation from Johannesburg to Plettenberg Bay in 2004, Dealan Construction has completed some 45 Homes/Contracts in the Plettenberg Bay and Knysna area.
